In order to be able to edit properly your photos I think you should first learn how to proper capture your photos. It doesn’t matter how good you are at editing photos: a poorly composed and created photo will remain so even after all the retouching you made on it. I was on Transalpina road in Romania when I took this photo: the position where I was pretty uncomfortable but the red flowers were looking spectacular and I also thought that they will look good as foreground element.
In the editing process I tried to make the flowers pop by increasing the redness and the contrast: I also add some more drama to the image by enhancing the clouds and directing the viewers attention to the area in the light. Hop you’ll enjoy this tutorial and subscribe to my YouTube channel.
