In this video I concentrate on rural winter landscapes and I also offer you some settings I used in the photos. The camera gear that I’m using here is a full frame body Canon 5D Mark ii and mostly my Canon 24-105mm F4 IS L lens.
The photos I make use old architectural elements of traditional villages: fences, old houses are my subjects. I’m also using my Manfrotto 055cx pro3 tripod for better photos. This gives me the ability to photograph at apertures like F8 or F11.
Make sure you compensate the exposure during winter conditions by overexposing the scene by 1 or 2 stops (depending on the light) and also set a white balance of Cloudy or Shade to compensate for the blue tint in the snow!
